MEET MARK WYLIE

Hi my name is Mark Wylie. I’d like to begin by saying well done for taking the first steps to

becoming a better you.

 

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have trained people of all ages and backgrounds. I now specialise in body transformations, helping people to become the best versions of themselves they can be through a bespoke fitness and nutrition plan. I won't just get you in your best possible shape, I'll teach you how to stay there.

 

I am known for being exceptionally driven and passionate about health and fitness. I have a very good reputation for getting people results, I go the extra mile for every single person I train. All of my clients get full support not just in the gym, but in the kitchen too, helping them create their healthy lifestyle. 

 

I will inspire and challenge you to change your life and mindset. I believe that health is wealth and it's the most valuable asset you can have.  

 

I look forward to meeting you and supporting and guiding you as you embark on your exciting fitness journey.

Active IQ- Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

Active IQ- Level 3 Diploma in GP Exercise Referral

AFN -Nutrition for Health & Performance

Central YMCA- Level 3 Nutrition & Weight Management

Central YMCA- Level 2 Fitness Instructor 

Focus Training- Spinning instructor

Focus Training- Kettlebell instructor
